Children's Trust Fund (CTF)
The Children's Trust Fund was established in 1983 as a resource for developing and funding child abuse prevention programs. Interest generated from a $20 million trust fund supports prevention programs throughout the state of Michigan, including Hillsdale County. Look for the reinstatement of CTF Check-Off on your 2006 state income tax form - this money will benefit all child abuse prevention councils throughout Michigan.
