Babies cry for many reasons. Crying is the only way a baby can tell you something is wrong. Try to find the reason why your baby is crying. Make sure your baby has a dry diaper. Make sure your baby is not too hot or too cold. Try feeding or burping your baby. Soothe your baby by lightly rubbing her back or gently rock the baby. Sometimes nothing will work. Before you lose your cool... take a break. Sit down, close your eyes and take several deep breaths.
